Medical marijuana card in 2015. DQ?

I have been wanting to submit for SNA but I had a medical marijuana card in California when I was 18 in 2015. Only used it once and then I lost it and never used it again. I'm 29 now and that was 10 years ago, but would this automatically DQ me? Obviously I would be up front about it with the recruiter. It wasn't for a serious medical issue, just recreational use. I believe I told the doctor it was for leg pain from a car crash I was in but not entirely sure. I haven’t used marijuana since 2015 and was only a handful of times total.
