Medals alignment, npc down, anyone know for sure?

Okay, I was going to look up how to line up the medals on my whites, however, the npc website is down and it seems every link refers to that. Anyone know how they're supposed to line up wrt the pocket on the chokers?

Nevermind, thank you UNL, whoever that is, for having an independently hosted set of uniform regs :)
