Marine Gouge Answer!!???

Please don't flame as I know these questions are easy but how do you solve problem #28 on the Marine gouge (the "mess night" problem with Captains, 1st LTs and 2nd LTs)? I can do every other problem but I can't seem to find an example of how to solve this problem. If anybody knows the way to solve it let me know. Thnaks.

Thanks, I actually figured it out on my own after I posted this. Thanks very much though. I used the 2x+2y+2z=110 version as this is obviously the fastest way.
