My buddy and I are looking for a 3rd roommate to fill our 3 bedroom house on the island in Corpus Christi. It's a nice place right on one of the canals with a deck, boat lift and great view. We're both starting primary soon so we just moved in and will be around for a while. We thought we were going to have a 3rd roommate already but he bailed. Let me know if you'd like me to send you pictures. Rent would be about $480/month plus utilities.
