Looking for Navy Rank and Insignia information

I am a civilian that is applying for OCS and have had no military experience. I have been searching bookstores and the internet, but can not find a good resource. I am wondering if anyone knows a good site or book that shows Naval uniforms with their Insignia to study the rank of Officers and enlisted persons. Thanks

It will help to know the marine ranks also, dont want to upset the gunny ; )

Does your recruiter usually give any kind of study packet once you have been accepted to OCS to prepare?

yes, I got a little flip book type thing and also OCS journals which Rhollin posted on his website.
