Does anyone have good dump sheets that worked well for them while at API. Please keep these to more current students. Thank you

I was told by a friend that took weather last week that drawing out the occluded front with all the changes in wind direction caused by the front covered about 8-10 questions on the weather exam. Also was told drawing out the high pressure airmass clockwise and low pressure airmass counter-clockwise helped with questions regarding gradient winds, coriolis effect, and surface friction.

ANYTHING THAT GETS FOOTSTOMPED. On a sidenote, I used to set aside about 20 minutes during my studies and I would practice writing out the exact dump sheet I wanted for a particular exam.
How useful is a dump sheet in practice? I don't get why you would know a piece of information before the test and forget it during. As far as formulas, if you need to see one to manipulate it, why not write it down when you need it?
Am I missing something?
Finally, see if you can get the Coastie gouge book that covers all the EO.
