Looking for a House or Realtor in San Diego Area

I like friends. They are good. However, if you are interested, USAA has the home buying program that rebates on closing fees (or puts money in your pocket). I like money sometimes better than friends. Just a thought.
 
Hope you've got some cash and a good FICO score, as houses are effing expensive, though not quite as bad as 3-4 years ago.
