3 bedroom 2 bath House located 2 minutes outside the front gate. House is located in the Las Palmas neighborhood and is only four years old. The house has wood laminate flooring in the living room, tile in the kitchen and baths, carpeting in the bedrooms, spacious private backyard and 2-car garage. Pets are welcome and a washer, dryer, and fridge are included. Rent is $1300 a month. Many flight students and some instructors live in the neighborhood which makes for great study resources and nothing beats the 5 minute drive to the sim building when you have the 0530 sim.
