Greetings,

Just wondered if you ever get the chance to jump out of a plane during flight school? :D Seems like every pilot should be able to parachute themselves to safety if "everything else fails".

The answer is no, you don't get to jump out of an airplane...or atleast you should hope you don't have to. If you want to try that out, go take a skydiving trip. A lot of pilots you may notice have an aversion to jumping out of perfectly good airplanes.

In API you will do redneck parasailing (Dragged w/ a parachute from the back of an F-150) but that's as close as you get. Unless of course you actually have to hit the silk at some point.

By the way: I don't know if I would trust being pulled by an F-150, do you think they'd let me get a silverado?? :D
