SNA ISPP Select
Howdy folks!
I was accepted for SNA and leave in January. I'm looking to rent out my home in NW Jax. I'm roughly 15 mins from downtown, 25 mins from NAS Jax and ~35 mins from Mayport.
It's a 3 bed 2 bath and I'm open to renting the entire place, but would prefer to rent 2 beds and 2 baths so I can hang on to 1 room as storage for a bit. Looking to rent it out fully furnished (2 bedrooms are furnished, 3rd is not). Fenced in backyard, sectional sofa with a 75" TV in the living room, washer/drier included, garage parking for 1 sedan or driveway parking for 2 vehicles. If any aviators are looking for a solo spot or with a roommate, or a small family is looking to rent please reach out!
I am inclined to rent it out for pretty cheap just so I have someone staying in it!!! Looking for a win-win situation
