The argument that "SI's do not spell well," does not exactly hold water.

Certainly they are exemplary Marines to be modelled, but that does not give you an excuse to emulate their respective faults.

Also, the Marine Corps official stance is that if you are a Marine...you are a representative of the Marine Corps.

MCO P1020.34 says:

Marines are associated and identified with the Marine Corps in and out of uniform, and when on or off duty.

Section 1005 Paragraph 7

It is a cross we all bear, no matter what service we are in. One of the things that consciously governs many of my intended actions is "how will it look in print?"

The newspaper won't put something like "Local Man ___________;" they'll put "Local Marine __________."

They word it like that ESPECIALLY if it is something illegal. (Usually, ONLY if it is something illegal! :icon_rage )

While we're at it, apostrophes don't mean "look! here comes an 's'!" It's a little bit of a pet peeve of mine. It get's really annoying when people use apostrophe's for plural's and other retarded reason's. Learn to use it correctly or leave that key alone.

Weren't you the one that wanted to drop his law contract to be a grunt? You didn't do it, did you?
