Is a waiver for tics possible in the event of me wanting to fly

Hello everyone. I have been very interested in flying in either the Navy or the Marine corps. But I have tics. I was diagnosed with tic disorder. Its nothing verbal, just motor. I will either crack my neck, raise my eyebrows, or jolt my head a little. They don't effect me, my eyes automatically adjust, and i dont even notice i do them. But other people do notice them. I've widely been told this is unwaiverable. Is this true?

No idea on current restrictions, but when I was on cruise one of our fellow LSOs from a Hornet squadron has the callsign Twitch, and it took you about 2 seconds to understand why. This was last century.

He went on to make O6 and had a successful career in the reserves.

Best of luck
