Ioc cet

anyone out there know any details on what to expect?? message me if you are willing to share...

IOC cet? What is that? Do you mean Infantry Officer Course?

If so, hold on, its a ride. Many of the learning points that you would otherwise get would be lost if you knew what was going to happen there.

your profile says you are still waiting for OCS. You have a longgggg time before you need to worry about that sort of thing.

The guys waiting to class up for IOC when I was there (TBS) would always run the O-E-O-E-O-course. Not sure what sort of time you needed for that, but just completing it is a kick in the nuts. Not sure if thats part of the indoc hazing or if its just something they used to do to train while waiting.

I hear that it's more that those IOC types haze themselves with that stuff before they get there....

cet= combat endurance test (the indoc). just wondering how to prepare

To pass the indoc you need to really know land nav and be able to run, at least when I went through. It was timed and the guys who didn't pass ran it again on the weekends until they did. There is actually a lot of that there. And I'll repeat what I said before, if you know how it goes in advance, its not really much of a test.
