How much do you bench?

I can curl 12oz pretty easy.

I usually do about 5 reps in a drop set. 12oz, 8oz, 6oz, 4oz, 2oz, and then repeat. A good workout has 6-8 sets, but I have been known to do 12 or more on the weekends.

Im no guido, but im all about loud grunting at the gym. We rack up the bar with 2.5lbs plates and start pressing hard. Then for the ladies, we splash water on our face to look like we work, not to mention talk loud and out of breath about how we're not pressing like we were yesterday cause we're still recovering. Sometimes, I even grunt on the bike, and if im really pumped (got my swol on), I will grunt while putting on my pt gear in the locker room. I would grunt in the sauna but I ain't gay.....
