I think it's: Aaaa Sou desu ne. That covers almost any situation.

The wrinkle in the fuselage reminds me of a Baron I saw at Manila (MNL) whilst dropping off a club plane for some maintenance work. A door had popped just as he rotated and the pilot panicked, slamming the plane back down nose gear first. Big wrinkle right at the leading edge.
