This was on the news tonight in DC, and I thought it was such a wonderful thing and needed to be shared.

Honor Flight is an organization that coordinates and flies WWII Veterans to Washington, DC to see the WWII Memorial. With the dwindling number of aging WWII Veterans this is extremely important and time sensitive. This organization functions solely on donations.

I have heard about them before... I've been talking to my future squadron (after this year in purgatory) about possibly ponying up the UC-35 to help out. We'll see if they do or not.
