Mira! Here's a picture of "Uncle Al" Cisneros from Brownsville, Tx. Ethnicity has never been an issue. Of course, the Federal Goverment did not recognize hispanics as an ethnic group until 1974(I think that was the correct year.). Hispanics were just considered "caucasions" prior to that year.
