I'll throw in .02 here about NOMI from what I have observed. During your first week at OCS you will go to NOMI and go through all of the tests. After you are done with them then the flight surgeon will review your record. The flight surgeon will make the call about whether or not you will need to go about getting a waiver. At that point you will walk to another hallway and make an appointment to see the neurologist. The neurologist will make the decision of whether or not you are recommended for a waiver. If he recommends it then you are good to go.
