Help passing the Performance based measures portion of the ASTB-E

So I just took my first ASTB and did fairly poorly on the PFAR and FOFAR portions in particular the whole performance based measures exam. What is the best way to improve my scores? Does anyone know where I can get the tools to practice for the performance based measures exam?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
