Hawkeye exchange tour in India in future?

Hmm, greater and greater foreign policy ties with India... what/who could we be trying to influence/affect in that hemisphere???
 
Their student aviators get high marks down here in P-cola. They certainly send their best group....the recent ones are future Mig-29 drivers. Some of the civilians who work at NETSAFA (former Navy helo pilots) claim the same of their Navy helo pilots in India. One of them trained both Indian and Saudia helo pilots in their respective countries. The Indians were top notch.
 
I can only imagine the lengthy inbrief and outbrief you'd get from your SSO, NCIS, DIA, CIA, etc...
