I'm glad to see that I was not the only one to ignore the dire warnings of the dangers of a rolling pull-out on ordnance runs.

They make it look so easy. I thought for sure that Japanese guy on the parachute was gonna get lit up.

I wonder if all planes had a video cam back then.

I believe by the end of the war all U.S. fighter planes; activated by firing the guns. Made for much more accurate estimates of enemy aircraft destroyed/damaged. (Imagine that, fighter pilots who exaggerated about their exploits!)
