Local SO says he will not enfore ban, will not process those arrested and will testify in court on their behalf.

Note the comment regarding a local public teacher who doesn't care about the facts.

Stupid facts! Always getting in the way. Some people never cease to amaze me. Look, the world isn't perfect, you're not going to make it perfect by "wishing" it that way. If you can't handle the pressure of day to day life, go leave up in the mountains where no one can find/hurt you. Idiots.

The Colorado State University Board of Governors voted unanimously Tuesday to place students at both of its campuses in harm’s way with a sweeping weapons ban law-abiding citizens will obey and criminals will ignore.

Wow... I have to say I am very impressed with the Sheriff's stance on CCL. Even in Texas I haven't seen too many ranking law enforcement officers who would be willing to go to these lengths to protect 2nd amendment rights. It's definitely nice to know that people with authority are willing to stick their neck out, even to just create a dialog about the subject.

Shalala was a Former Clinton appointee, Sec of Health and Human Services, then President of the Univeristy of Miami, when the football team got in a fight with FAU. She didn't want to watch the video of the fight, or need know the facts.

You just act the way you want, independant of the facts.
