GPA Just barely too low for automatic selection despite high ASTB scores.

Recently I was told by the recruiter that I did not qualify for automatic selection despite having a qualifying ASTB score. My GPA was 2.92 at Texas A&M University studying Electronics Systems Engineering Technology. Is there anything I should prepare for that I would have otherwise not had to worry about?

LOL...I estimate you needed to bump yourself up a letter grade in at least three classes to get over a 3.0. That's not close.

If you do get accepted, be sure to mention it to everyone that you almost did qualify for automatic selection. It gives you head of the line privileges.
