Well, I got my official orders today! I'm all set to head to Pensacola on the 23rd of Feb!! Just 2 1/2 weeks before all the FUN begins!!
I asked my recruiter about the "Navy type" blanket, and he said it's a grey wool itchy blanket. I got mine at colemans.com. And as for words of advice, he just said "it's all a mind game -- have fun!".
