Hey, The ball will be a good time. I went to Meridian last year with about 40 from K-Rock. Should be a group coming from Meridian to S.Texas and maybe a few from Pensacola.

Easy... get the uniform ready now. get a room in Corpus is so inclined or get in a carpool. I think I'll be making the round trip with my wife, so there might be a couple seats in my minivan...if you don't mind car seats and a little funk on the ground!

Just don't have "too much of a good time" like I did last year or your ball may be "interesting".

I think the Goshawk ball last year resulted in 3-4 callsigns which have stuck to this day.

Not to self.....Avoid the flying bread role soaked in port wine, ruins a set of whites.

It's in Corpus, weekend after Memorial Day. Apparently there are some booking/cost issues for those of us in Meridian, so it sounds like only a handful of folks in each class will be able to go.

I'm signed up for now, I haven't heard anything about the booking cost issues as of yet though... guess its time to dust off the ole whites... P_ubhi are you going too? or are you not going to let it interfere with your 4 month vacation of glory?

Word on the street is that it moves back and forth between Kingsville and Meridian every other year.

Heard that Meridian's is better, I went last year (in Meridian) and it was awesome. All I remember was lots of food, lots of booze, and me stumbling around the casino with a bottle of wine..
