BDCP is the Baccalaureate Degree Completion Program. Selectees get paid as E3-E4 and get standard benefits to finish their bachelor's degree. They have to pay for school, but they get a guaranteed OCS shot at the end, assuming they meet all the normal physical req's, etc.

TA is 100%!! now, up to a max dollar amount per credit hour. It's high enough that it shouldn't be a problem at most schools. The down side is we're limited to 12 semester hours per year. For most active duty military, this is supposed to be enough.
