getting married

My fiance and I are trying to set a date to get married. I should graduate TBS on December 16...Assuming I do, and also assuming I am finished with IFS, does anyone have an idea of the earliest I would report to Pensacola. Also, are the 96's still in during flight school, say over Memorial Day? It is very difficult to set a date due to the fluctation of everything in the Marine Corps...Any input would be great! Thanks

Not sure what the going rate folks are getting for travel/proceed time, but I think I had around 3-5 days. After that, I was pumped into API inside of 2weeks. A lot of it depends on how backed up they are at MATSG down in Pcola. Specifically, that will most likely translate into how much time you're alotted for 'delay' in your orders. Because I went down there at an off time, they saw a chance to fill a seat in a hurry, and I didn't get any delay authorized. I think it was better to just dive in, though, but that's just me.
