hmmm, well board is over so it sounds like someone messed up our paperwork? Pending review obviously means they did not review the package.. This is frustrating
Did you recruiter tell you what your options are or are sol? I still haven'theard anything yet and I'm hoping I don't get the same response.so my recruiter said my name is not on the select or NON select list. Anyone else have this happen to them? She said she has conformation my package made it to the board. Sounds like someone messed up.. great

I have seen this before and there are a few possibilities such as they just forgot to put your name on the list, or it could be your application was pro X, or you just missed the board cutoff.
who is they? My recruiter? I had really good interviews. I don't get understand how they could just forget a prior service man like myself. SMH

They could be the board or NRC depending who typed up the list of select and non select.

It means that your application was rejected before going to board for one of many different reasons.

not necessarily, if it made it to NRC that means at least 3 people have reviewed it and said it was good to go.
