Which eval cycle would be used? (ie which month would the evals be required? On the same cycle of your previous active duty rank?)

You're still going to be an E5 or E6 or whatever, so it should be along with the normal eval periods. That would make sense to me, anyway.

We did pre-semester interviews in the Fall and Spring, and signed evals then. The dates probably follow the pattern Brett suggested, but there's not a lot of emphasis on them. It's NOB, and the entire writeup will say something like "Pursuing a commission through STA-21," regardless of your unit jobs and collateral duties.

Evals are NOB and are the same cycle as what what rank is on your LES and as far as advancement they use what you got on your most recent eval (ie EP or MP)

So uh hello from Iraq now, I sure hope the results come out before I get too settled in. Crossing my fingers for sometime today....tomorrow (Monday) for you stateside folks. Did anyone notice the C130 pilots really like to get it? Are they jet drops or what? :icon_wink
