Hey, don't laugh. The F-4 had an in-flight-refueling, alleged "tanker" capability via a buddy-store. Of course it probably never ever passed any gas, after its initial flight test certification.
Also have laid anti-ship mines from an F-4.
And I have dropped sonobuoys out of an A-4 (or would that be a P/A-4?
)…but that's another story.

the wings tilt, like the some of the original tiltrotor concepts. A blue and white paintjob will be added for VIP transport. Due to shrinking budgets, there will only be one of these available with a delivery date of 2080.
Which would make it differnt from currant V/STOL how?

VOD is done by 60B (granted at restricted weight), ARMED HELO has been done for at least 6 years that I know of..
