I just saw this documentary (click linky to watch online, or go to Netflix watch it now). I thought it was definitely thought provoking. Usually documentaries have some kind of agenda, and so I watch them with a grain of salt, but I will say that even knowing and expecting an agenda I was concerned about the issues they brought up.
Has anyone else seen this documentary? The focus of the piece talks about a regional airline that had a mishap that seems to be 100% pilot error. I was most disappointed by the fact that this regional carrier is owned by a former air force pilot. I would have expected that having a former military aviator as a CEO would result in a strong culture of safety...
