hey guys,

i've been reading the posts for some time now. i'm currently not active and haven't been so for a while now. i also haven't had a chance to talk to oso and rotc guys about specific flight programs. my major problem about the site is i am not familiar with the terminology used on the site and don't know what the abbreviations mean. is there a source where i can find the abbreviations and descriptions? a little help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

RI's = Radio Instruments.... IP = Instructor Pilots, EPs = Emergency Procedures

Yep, just ask. No one here should slight you for it.

If they do, just click on the little REPORT TO MODERATOR icon in the corner of the post, to bring it to our attention.

I get lost at times with all the acronyms at times, and going to a staff sub command, I am even MORE lost with some of them... get me back to aviation quick!

LOL, one more thing, saw the title to this post, and thought it was talking about forum language in particular, like us swabbies and jarheads were using language that might make a smurf blush or something... glad to see that isn't the case! :D

Oh, forgot about the SWOs and their "salty" language, traditional adjectives are too much for them!
