I think I have a pretty good idea of how BDCP works, but do they offer you an aviation garauntee? I'm just kind of fuzzy on the details. Could someone outline to me how the process goes. For example, what were to happen if I did the BDCP program and got my commission after OCS? How would I know if I were going to flight school or not? I have a lot of questions about BDCP, would any Navy recruiter be able to answer them or just officer recruiters or what?

For BDCP you select which community you want to apply to. For example, if you apply for Student Naval Aviator (SNA) and get a final select that means you are guaranteed that slot upon graduation from OCS. PM me for any more questions or take a drive up to Nashville and talk to an officer recruiter.
