Yup. And you won't wear them snowboarding or motorcycling once you get to the fleet. They are LEPs, or Laser Eye Protection. If they get a scratch, they no longer protect your eyes against lasers. Buy some Oakleys or something.Maybe. Actually, I think they'd be cool to have as snowboarding goggles or even motorcycle goggles. So I can't get them now and have to wait until the fleet?
No idea why the E-2 bubbas have them, but our crewchiefs had LEP goggles... Never got sand in their eyes againQuestion-
