The #1 Hornet over water, was spectacular (w/ roostertail), but soooo low as to be totally unsafe/illegal.
#2 Jetliner was really unusual being so big, and so fast when so low.
#3 was amazingly low (20' maybe?), thought the ground guy was going to explode from the exhaust. Permanent hearing loss?:glasses_1

The others....... ho hum!

The first one, the German in the trees reminded me of my days doing ag work. Great job he did and I smiled all the way thru it. The 2nd one disappointed me when he did what appeared to be the start of an ag turn and I thought he'd go back under the bridge. When he pulled up and away I wondered why? Going under a bridge is NBFD and neither is going under powerlines if you know what you are doing. I've seen guys pull up, make an ag turn and drop back under the lines and that was between sets of transmission lines! Can vividly recall one time when I got too close to a tree snag going downhill on a spray run and hit the blade tip on the damned tree. Caused a blade change and even worse put the machine on the ground for several days while the new blades came, and the mechs changed them out on the side of a damned mountain at a log landing site. That was in Oregon years ago.

Since this moved into helo territory, here's some awesome low level from the RNLAF in Kosovo-

Excuse the music.

Not the lowest, but this set of Viper passes is pretty cool-

There are a lot of them floating around, but this guy has the originals. http://www.youtube.com/user/VliehorsRange

If you like low, search Youtube for something to the effect of "wild fly" or low, french, jets, flying, etc. Here's a well done compilation from some of that footage-

More great low level in Luftwaffe Tornado's, I wish I could find the rest.

The Phrogs flying under the arch for Marine Week St. Louis won't be...

Not sure if you can tell me because of OPSEC reasons, but is this going to be something that is done several times, or just once? I'd love to get up there to see it, but I won't be spending an entire week in St Louis waiting for it...

If I have learned one thing at Lemoore, it is that crop dusters are insane.

COMREL events don't have a lot of OPSEC associated with them, and I don't know all the details. It was what the OpsO dangled in front of me as a temptation to go...
