Does anyone know anything about becoming a flight surgeon?
After I had PRK surgery I realized a had a chance to become a pilot in the Navy and I started to look into that(I took the ASTB, got 7,8,7,56). I am premed and if I can get into med school I would like to do that, but am still interested in Naval aviation. Becoming a flight surgeon seems like it would allow me to fulfill both interests.
Does anyone have any information on age requirements to become a flight surgeon? They must be different than than for SNAs. Does anyone know how much they fly, what they can fly, etc...?
