Flight Physical Coming up, Undisclosed Medical

I had a couple of root canals done when I was around 7 years old. Not too much issue with them, had one taken out and a bridge put in place when I was 13.

When filling out the medical paperwork for the OSO I forgot about it, it wasn't anything that really impacted my life, I didn't remember it.

One thing that was stressed from the very beginning was to stick with whatever you told your OSO, not to change anything at MEPS. When I got to MEPS and I am going through the checklist I realize there were a couple of things I forgot about, mostly just silly stuff like stitches from a dog bite and broken pinkie finger. The big thing though was I forgot about the root canals I had.

The flight physical is going to find this out, and I don't know what to do about it. They are going to know that I wasn't honest at MEPS. Anyone have any insight of potential consequences and what I can do to mitigate them?

Thanks in advance.

Honesty goes a long ways. Just tell your OR that you spaced, they will know what to do. It is pretty minor stuff, I wouldn't sweat it.

Root canals..(and that other stuff you mentioned)....won't be an issue. Forgetting them won't be either. However, I appreciate your motives to remain honest. Good on ya'
