Took me two months if that gives you any sort of insight. You get back pay of whatever wasn't paid in the meantime

Yeah it took me about a month, but the huge check with the pay back in it was nice!!

When's your OCS date? You'll probably get one or two before then.
Seriously, I had to call my NRD like 4 times with no result, then they gave me a number for some financial processing petty officer somewhere who I called and FINALLY got set up with. After like 2-3 months I got a paycheck with backpay.

Ah, I remember getting that 8K of back pay... and dumping most of it into guns.

Yeah I got my backpay split up over several pay checks, and it sucked when I stopped getting it because I was so used to getting a couple grand each check.
You could get some sweet guns for 8k.
Ya I was being facetious. Just be proactive about getting the paperwork squared away. If you don't get paid after two pay days, make some calls and ask who the next person is that YOU can make the call to get it done.
Ah...June 9th. That was MY OCS date. It will be 1 year this june.... hot DAMN I'm salty! (smilies in FULL effect)
