Would love some advice from former recruiters. My Sr year college son is going to the recruiting office on Spring Break to take the OAR and will most likely see his recruiter for the first time face-to-face. Should he dress to impress and trim up his shoulder-length hair? Or does it matter?

No it doesn’t matter what his hair style is.
Long hair did not affect me as a recruiter. He should show up with intelligent and informed questions. No one should show up and say they want to fly f-16s in the Navy. No one should show up and say they want to be a Military Police officer. There are way too many resources these days to not have basic information. Air Warriors is a good place to start. Use the search function.
