Finishing degree in less than 4 years and BDCP....

While I'm just starting college, I've got a friend who's getting his baccalaureate's degree in less than four years. Reason being is that he attends college in the summer. Would he still be able to apply for BDCP or must he spend all four years at school? Thank you in advance!

Yes, but he can't commit to a date (say a complete 4 years) and then graduate early and expect to sit around a get paid. For example I was accepted to bdcp with a grad date of may 2005. Since i went to summer school I could graduate the dec 2004 but BDCP will not allow it. I must take a minimum of 12 hours for the last spring semester.
