Finessing a low

Talk about trolling in with a low...guy flying a nice Cessna drag it in so low he clips a car adjacent to the runway.

This happened just north of my house. FWIW, it is a really shitty layout and the road no kidding is 15 ft from the end of the runway with no stop sign. There have been some other mishaps there as well, not been a good year for the airport.

I've made that approach many times. Usta rent there but haven't flown out of there for several years. The ground slopes down to the runway, which has a slight incline for the first few hundred feet or so. On short final a car crossing would probably be out of sight under the nose. I was always nervous about any vehicle movement on final.

I like the fact that the crash happened right next to a "learn to fly here!" sign.
