Eye Surgery

I currently have a NFO slot with bad eye sight (Passed my NFO NAMMI). Is there any chance that the Marines would pay for surgery to correct my vision since they're getting rid of the NFO MOS eventually, or does that not happen?

Sorry if this has been answered before, I looked around and couldn't find anything.
