Example of a Recommendation...

I've searched long and hard on the forum for an example of an airline recommendation, but to no avail.

Does anyone have an example of what a good recommendation should look like, or at least what specific details it should include?

Each recommendation is unique and is developed around the perosn being recommended.

No template to speak of.
