yes they are allowed, but also bring a regular razor, much better for inspections.

Yes, the OCR specifically allows them. They will be taken indoc week and returned later. The marines will give you a hard time about them and will always be checking up on the "lazy" candidates who look like they aren't using a blade. All that said, I bought one there and used it for everything but getting good lines at the sideburns and neckline.
