I NEVER did it on my last cruise. We only did it for the Red Lions when they were TU.

It's no different than you guys going out for some mundane SSC mission, where nothing is really going on. In plane guard we can do anything we want within 20 NM, and that can sometimes include DLQs, SAR practice, GUNNEX, and other "things" limited to the HAC's imagination.

We would go make MARS calls.

We do have one plus in having more toys to play with onboard. Watching MPD porn, just turn off the link.

Good luck finding a VCR that works 4.0, at least on the West Side. Then again, the East Coast guys do have more assets, maybe they have more things that work.

No... Detroit (yeah, i misspelled it)

The man is an electronic genious. Cross Data from Goonies, and Silent Bob from Clerks/Mallrats/Dogma.

Most excellent dude!

He's an ATC now.

If anyone needs more information about their selection or where the FRS's are actually located, and you don't want to rely on Greg "Mr Gouge" Sivers (my on-wing)... Please feel free to stop by HT-18 STUCON and we can chat. If I don't have the information readily available I am always happy to find it. - Pickle

Especially when the entire nav suite craps out and you get to spend 2 more nights in Memphis. Were you lucky enough to have singing in the cockpit?

You're telling me the -57 has a suite? ;) Is that what they're calling a TACAN these days? :D
