how hard is it to get a waiver for a dui for ocs and flight training for someone with good stats and a well rounded application?

Nov 2002, haven't gotten so much as a ticket since. Graduated college with a 3.54 and have been involved in the community.

It will hurt, but just one of many factors. Bottom line is that a Nov 02 DUI is not an automatic DQ.
