Does anyone know about the human resources position?

I am currently in graduate school studying Organizational Psychology. I would like to join the reserves once I am finished with school.

Does anyone know if you can apply for a human resources specialist? Or do you have to go into something surface warfare, then transition over?

Have you tried googling? Better yet, have you talked to a recruiter? HR is only open to DCO (reserve) applicants and in order to apply, you have to have at least 5 years of applicable HR experience. Also, they're looking for folks who have PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP certificates and ideally HR-related masters degrees.
