Did I disqualify myself by working out incorrectly?

L
My dude... based on your posting history here, you've got a number of medical issues that will more than likely preclude you from service. Nobody on this site is going to provide better solutions than your physician. If you don't like what one doc is telling you, get a second opinion. I recommend that you stop creating new threads for every ailment or dissatisfying experience with a doctor.

Also, why are you posting from Taiwan?
i already got second and third opinions. Other doctors said tell me to do the things I already do

1. Because no one here helped me
2. I have been seeing more doctors since then, and they sadly were just as useless as previous ones

The military doesn't need you. We have plenty of qualified candidates to choose from.

It didn't work out for you. Move on.

I don’t care. I want to be qualified
Then you'll either figure out how to get qualified or you won't and you'll move on. The only thing people on an internet forum can help with is to advise you to seek appropriate care providers, which has already been done. If, as you said, you've already done that and you haven't gotten the answers you seek, then you either need to continue finding care that will get you there or you need to accept that this isn't for you and move on.

That’s not how it works
Either the doctors you are seeing are quacks, or you have legitimate and serious medical issues that will preclude you from service.

"I got arthritis from running and I'm in mid 20s and I cannot walk without pain" is absolutely not normal hey-the-human-body-is-fragile stuff.
