Hii!!! Thank you! I didn’t have to interview again, but I worked on strengthening my statement of purpose and asked another recruiter for advice on how to improve my application, and I guess it worked!

You should talk to your recruiter about this, everyone that my office had who applied again had to interview again, and it just made sense for them to do so as in general those who weren't picked up had scores that could be improved upon. If you had scores that were less than 10 from the OIC interview you should try to improve on those (or if the OIC narrative wasn't outstanding), this is where your recruiter can guide you. If you had great scores and work experience but the others were just better than that would be a different story.
