That is a GREAT setup for any flying STUD(ent). You boys are lucky these days ... Corpus, Kingsville, Beeville, Pensacola, and Meridian, back-in-the-day were more like minimum-security country-club prison facilities than what your 5 pix/5 thousand words depicts ... :)

I like my Q room and the convenience of it... but if I had to do it all over again I would probably live in Sunridge Apts right across the street. Theyre not bad at all, and gives an opportunity to get away from work. The only thing I dont like about Sunridge is the brown recluses that seem to be in mass numbers there.
